			<description><![CDATA[ I don&#39;t own a drahthaar, but I&#39;ve been thinking about getting one.  I pheasant hunt in Iowa mostly.  I&#39;ve heard guys say that wild pheasants will
ruin a good pointing dog, any truth to that?  How does a drahthaar work wild pheasants (NOT planted birds)?  What is their style like?   Any good for the foot
hunter or do they run like an English pointer?  Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

			<description><![CDATA[ I been working Franky trying to get ready for the Armbruster. I bought a Garmin GPS  two dog tracking unit to use in training. Its a great way to mark drags
and blood trails, you can even save the tracks for later study. Lots of good reason to have one.

I took Franky out for his first duck drag,and my first session with the Garmin. I lay-ed the drag using the tracker unit,  I put Franky on the drag and was

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>The HZP is coming up in the next few weeks. My question is can you spend too much time training? All was good until this weekend and several things started
to go wrong.

1. He came right back after a blind retrieve and then suddenly stopped at the bank and started chewing on the bumper. A couple of corrections and all was good
again.

			<title><![CDATA[ 2 Year olds paw pads sloughing off ]]></title>

so far is salt can cause this or running on hot concrete too long. I have not ran her on concrete but she was at the beach. Has anybody else experienced this

was 18 months old and that season she went after a rattlesnake.  After that, I contacted a snake trainer and scheduled him to come out to my house to perform
